limited-time promotion allowing licensed owners of any Emanio software who are not
current on maintenance & support contracts to return to Emanio's new Maintenance &
Support program without having to incur re-engagement fees.

provide those of our customers who are not benefiting from Maintenance & Support

including guaranteed response times as low as 4 hours, a web-based customer center,
discounts on software packages, priority response and a number of other features.

valid for customers who sign up for Maintenance & Support on or before midnight of
June 30, 2007.
